Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days | Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days | Calculated at checkout
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders in the U.S and the Caribbean region over $100
International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to the following countries in the Caribbean region (Jamaica, Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos, Costa Rica, Dominica, Dominican Republic, St. Barthélemy, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Martin, St. Vincent and the Grenadines) Brazil, Colombia, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland,  Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Customs & Duties: Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Baby Bunny is not responsible for these charges.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received any tracking updates about your order within 5-7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email us at contact@babybunny.online with your name and order number.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@babybunny.online with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number, or reach out to us for assistance.
